It took less than 24 hours before social media would turn on Jaxson Dart following his knee injury.
The New York Giants quarterback suffered a significant left knee injury during the opening minutes of Monday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams.
The second-year player was hurt on a third-and-8 pass play during New York’s seventh offensive snap of the game. Rams linebackers Byron Young and Josaiah Stewart quickly converged on him, sandwiching his lower body. The crushing force caused his left knee to bend awkwardly right before he collapsed hard onto the turf.
Consequently, the young signal-caller had to exit the matchup early and did not return to action.

Trump’s Words Come Back To Bite Him
During a New York campaign rally last May, Donald Trump spoke extensively about the muscular physique of quarterback Jaxson Dart.
The President publicly singled out the athlete in the audience while delivering a speech about gender in sports. He jokingly asked whether any female attendee would ever be able to bring the football player down. He asked the crowd, “Is there any woman in the audience that thinks they can tackle that guy?” Consequently, he began focusing his remarks directly on the professional quarterback’s highly impressive lower-body strength.
He animatedly remarked, “Now, I’m looking at the legs. He’s this beautiful guy.” Furthermore, he explicitly stated to the crowd, “He’s got legs like tree trunks. This is not a good thing for women.”
Four months later, Jaxson Dart would be injured in the very area that Trump praised.
